These settings are no longer relevant, and you should use the official Microsoft Outlook app to securely access your Microsoft/Office 365 Shared Mailboxes.
At this moment in time Office365 Exchange/Email doesn’t support Shared Mailboxes automatically displaying on mobile, even through the official Outlook app, which seems bit of an oversight!
However, after some digging around and testing, it is possible to get the shared mailboxes working by adding another account onto your favourite email app. I did this on the Gmail Android app, but any app should work with the following settings.
In this example, my individual email is harry@mydomain.com, and the shared mailbox I want to add is info@mydomain.com.
Add a new account, selecting the account type as IMAP, this sometimes comes up as Other, depending on the app. Enter the following details:
Incoming server settings
Username: harry@mydomain.com/info@mydomain.com
IMAP Server: outlook.office365.com
IMAP Port: 993 (SSL)
Outgoing server settings
Username: harry@mydomain.com
SMTP Server: smtp.outlook.com
SMTP Port: 587 (TLS)
That’s it! The main trick is the usernames, making sure to attach the shared mailbox onto the end of your email, as this allows you to access the shared mailbox through your account which has permission to do so.
